Gun Control

Does it say what kind of guns were used? Because banning AR15-style rifles and semi-auto rifles probably won't do too much if the majority of gun-related violence is done with handguns.
 
I don’t really know what to think about the subject of gun control. on the one hand, there is the issue of school shootings and just regular shootings in general, It would be best to avoid them perhaps and I would like that. On the other hand, there would be and still is a big power imbalance between the state with their police and the rest of the working class, this imbalance gives the state more power to oppress the its citizens without retaliation. If the working class is armed then this power imbalance would be smaller though it would still exist

I think ideally, it would be best for the police force to be demilitarised and mostly disarmed. The only time they could use and have guns is in extreme situations and not in regular daily situations
 
The problem is, in order for the police to be demilitarised you need to have less reasons for them to protect themselves. You need less violent crimes, and less likelihood of criminals being heavily armed. Ergo, if you don't want to disarm the populace first, you need to eliminate crime in other ways. Like, establishing social security and help for people in hard times so they don't have to fall back on crime, provide education, generally improve societal tension.
Sadly, anything you could do would be communism, so enjoy your spree killings, I guess.
 
This is all the fault of every religious institution in the world to most degrees.

The problem is that there are different religions so people are not united under one true faith, but divided by differing superstitions leading them to kill each other.
The Emperor protects.
 
All religions are an aspect of consciousness which is the domain the philosopher and the sword that ends consciousness.

As for stopping crimes in other ways, the Chicago police recently did a grassroots outreach program and crime seems to have declined. Almost as though teaching people shit is more important than SCARY BUMP STOCKS

You need about another 4 inches forward for the round to discharge against your face, or at least to where you would at all be worried about that problem in any realistic fashion.


The throat of the barrel is where the pressure buildup in a catastrophic failure is going to occur, unless you have a catastrophic slam-fire, which cannot happen on the type of bolt for the AUG.
