Any of you gun-homos ever actually use your gun in an actual self-defence purpose? Or are you just happy strokin' it at home?
About 30 k yanks shoot themselves to death every year. So...yea.
Still lower rate than Finland, yes?About 30 k yanks shoot themselves to death every year. So...yea.
Well, we'd hope not, right? And not only that, the threat of any sized human being able to take down any sized invader in a home or aggressor should be a deterrent to others anyway.Any of you gun-homos ever actually use your gun in an actual self-defence purpose?
To be honest, I think requiring guns is just as bad as banning them. Simply because I think it’s a right, not a requirement or a privilege. Someone should be able to make that choice for themselves as to whether they want to own a weapon. Anything else tips into fascism.https://www.cnn.com/2018/03/06/us/kennesaw-georgia-gun-ownership/index.html
*Not to be a killjoy, but while technically true, it is also effectively false:

@GonZo_626 like I said, it’s part of his charm. Mutie is a lot like my puppy, Lenny. He barks obnoxiously and shits all over the place but it’s amusing so long as you recognize that he’s harmless, and that not all puppies are as retarded.
Sounds like me being intentionally awkward in conversationStill I like to poke the bear.

Come on guys... I know not the only one who who runs around in tacti-cool gear with my guns wondering when someone will finally break into my home while I engorge myself on the American delicacies. No, and I hope to god that I never have to.
Sounds like you should be thankful. I bet you get off on it.
I’m actually gay; insert REEEEEing here.Didn't mean to call you "homo", I was using it more as a term of endearment, not as "you are actually gay"
No, I have not. The ideal situation is not to have it come to that but if it does... I was robbed once but it was carfishing in a rural town I lived in, no one expected it and no one saw a thing. They were smart enough to stay outside and not break into homes because they wouldn't have gotten far with that.I'm actually interested to hear if any of you, and there seems to be a few of you, have ever actually have to use the guns you have at home.
