No I am a parent. But yeah I know leftie here thinks that the only people who can teach there kid is through mass government indoctrination huh? I think you refer to it as school....

Most parents don't need college to teach their kids things. School teachings and empathy, life lessons, how to raise a child in general are very different things. You don't get a 4 to 6 year degree to raise a kid. Most people just do it. Sure, they'll make mistakes, but anyone can teach anyone something with the right amount of dedication and attention.

I've had high school drop outs teach me things Mutant, and I went to college for 4 years with wonderful grades. Another funny bit is that most of my professors in college weren't "teachers" either. They just knew their field well, created some basic lesson plans, and there you go (since at this level, students are likely adults and responsible for taking initiative as well). They weren't trained to be teachers outside of a few crash courses and experience throughout the years.

I used to teach nature classes for Scouts but I still wouldn't call myself a "teacher." But I was good at teaching forestry since I knew the subject very well and created lesson plans.

He's finnish. They have one of the best school systems in the world. Which paradoxically makes them all idiots.

To hear Mutie talk, you’d think they’d be even more fascist progressive than the UK when it comes to weapons of all stripes, be it sharp objects or ballistics. After all, no one ever dies violently outside the US :nod:

Texas is like 5 finlands filled with mexicans, rednecks, and poor blacks. It's king is the guy with the big truck and the fuck you and the minigun and the monster truck big tittied budweiser football blimp.


And yet somehow are friendlier and less violent on average than your typical urban European, particularly in places where they dispense alcohol and chase after a SOCCER ball.
 
I just saw a big pile of guns being burned in the street up town. No books though. Those were being used for toilet paper since all the trees are gone. Oh look. Russians and Cubans just parachuted in. I would shoot but they just burned all of our guns. Thank God I have this sword that was made in China. Wait it just broke.
