Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

Hey there, everybody! I've been a Fallout fan for about seven years now, got really into Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 before falling in love with the atmosphere of the classics. Finally got around to playing Fallout 4 about three weeks ago, seeing as I felt it wasn't worth full price after the first wave of reviews came through a few years back.
 
Hi my name is Bo and this site is older than me. I really liked Fallout 1 but haven't played Fallout 2. F3 was ok and FNV is my favorite game of all time. Oh and F4 is F4.

The Lone Poopyface, nice nickname poopyface, play FO2 dammit, it's a big fat game with lots of stuff to drudge through!
DeadHill, that little animated smiley usually refers to "vatting" a post, as in, when a moderator throws a rule-breaking post into "the vats" (a locked subforum with all the thrown-away rule-breaking posts), obviously, nothing wrong with using that smiley, just thought it was a relevant piece of "insider meme-ism" to let you in on :]

I think I made this account just to use Fallout Fixt so made a goofy name. Wish I could change my name but ah well.

But yes, you can get a name change, but think it over sufficiently because it'll likely be the last you'll get.
 
Hi. After grabbing the fixt mod I hung around a bit and y'all seem pretty neat. Was introduced to the series through Beth's take on it so I'm a wee bit more tolerant of them than some, don't kill me. I think the first one may very well be my favorite game though. Getting ready for a run through the fixt version finally.

New profile, decided to put something here.

I'm Harangerish and I was introduced to the discord by my friend, and I decided to join the forum.

Haven't played Fallout 2 yet, it's on my incredibly huge backlog, but I have played 1, good game.
 
Hey, I'm Eeleye. I came here because I like Fallout. I've only played 3 and 4, but I'm working my way towards the others asap. I'm a freelance writer that just accepted a bok deal, so hopefully that doesn't take time away from my roleplaying, haha.

Hello! I'm "House" and I just recently discovered the site when I was looking for mods to spice up my second playthrough of Fallout. I found and downloaded Fallout Fixt and I love it, so here I am. Figured the community seemed interesting and since Fallout is my favorite game series I figured it was a no-brainer to sign up. I'll probably also join the Discord server soon enough, as my gaming group just switched from Skype to Discord for our communication purposes and so I had to make an account there too.

I've been a fan of Fallout since middle school where I got my start with Fallout 3. Since then I've played and beaten every release, with the exception of Tactics and Brotherhood of Steel. Other than NationStates I'm not a very avid forum user, and generally speaking on most other forums like 1d4chan and Reddit I simply lurk. Considering the Fallout focused community here, as well as the fan created content, I doubt lurking will be the case for my activity on NMA.

And, to tell you a little bit about me personally, I just graduated high school this year and have since enlisted in the Marine Corps. I'll be leaving for basic training next month. I love most roleplaying games, board games, strategy games, and some tabletop wargames.

Hello everyone, my name is Pwener and I've been addicted to Fallout since 2009. Yes, that means I started with Fallout 3, hate me. I'm also a console player (yes, let the anger flow through you...) and have no desire to become a PC gamer with a superiority complex anytime in the near or far future.

Like most (all?) here I hate Fallout 4 to guts no matter how much my elitist PC gaming cousin tells me not to judge it without playing it first to which I respond "if it looks like a turd, smells like a turd, I doubt it'll play like Dishonored."

I mainly made this account to get some very minor issues resolved I have with Fallout 1 & 2 which I just recently started playing for the first time. Technically I played Fallout 1 a few years back but didn't finish it.

Mainly aesthetic things and weird stuff I wanna try out with the game files is why I'm here but if I can hate on Fallout 4 while doing that SIGN ME UP BABY.
