NFL - week 13 seems like as good a week as any

i just said "hawk", so there... and the metaphor will be felt in the loins of all football fans throughout Washington!

Even our distant neighbors in Eastern Washington? You know, the ones that vote conservative?

heheh. did you see that thing with Hasselbeck talking about Favre on NFL.com? pretty funny stuff.

No, I did see the commercial he was voted #1 for. "When I knew I was a star."

It pwnd.

Edit: He and lofa were talking about Farve's ability to toss a ball no matter what kind of pressure on the radio. That was amusing

guess who's fucking nervous?

THIS GUY!!!

You and me both! ... I mean... Really? Well! Confident as hell over here! Prepare to meet your undoer person type thing!

Edit: Got home from work... Next year maybe? Even though this is most likely Holgrem's last season... *sighs* ...Feel sorry for us backwards Washingtonians... Feel very sorry!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!

gooooooooooooooooooooooooooo PACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait wait wait, you would have quit on them after they lost? ...Is that REALLY what a true fan would do? There are seahawks fans greeting their team on their losing plane at the losing airport in the losing rain!

...Kinda depressing looking eh? To bad we cant see the fans stoked up on coffee screaming in the rain still... Might be kind of amusing.

nah...i would never have quit...man, i was watching them in the lyn dickey days of mediocrity....(as a child, of course)

but i can't quite keep up the "Favre taunting the dejected Patriot/Vault Dweller" avatar if they aren't in the playoffs, can i?

Sure you can! Never give up see. Besides, when one (like myself) shouts for the home team (being the Seahawks) his whole life... He knows the meaning of mediocrity, depression, disappointment, despair and over all confusion as to why everyone else laughs when we play?

...

What the hell just happened?

No, I'm not talking the Pack or Pats win. Business as usual.

Giants over Cowboys?

Chargers over Colts?!

I could point out I said the Colts are overrated a few posts above, but nevertheless, I didn't expect the malcoached Chargers to take 'em on toe to toe. Well done, Norv.

But the Giants. Yuck. Guess the Cowboys suckage carries into the postseason. If this weren't the NFC championship, I'd be insulted such a bad team were vying for the honours.

Hoping for a Pats-Pack Superbowel. Bwoys-Giants would suck

yeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

oh...and eli vs favre? sheah...right.

whoooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

(ok, to actually discuss without shouting...((hey, fuck you! i'm excited, alright? my team won, and my anti-team lost!!)) i was surprised as shit to find that the chargers were up like that...let alone taking the game. god, rivers...what a fucking douche. i hope brady gives him a shiv in the side)

Was it just me, or did the Chargers have some hideous calls made against them? Granted they had a lot of stupid penalties - too many men in huddle, center goes offsides, play clock expires - they looked nervous and sloppy. But the Colts always seem to have the refs on their side. That INT return for TD before the half called back? WTF.

No, it wasn't just you.

My dad and I spent the whole game yelling at the refs. We knew they couldn't hear us, but man did it feel good.

And Brother None: I'm with you. The hell was with those outcomes?

Especially Giants over Cowboys. Yea, I said it... I can let my hatred of "America's Team" get overridden on occasion, especially if it gives me a chance to bash the ever-disappointing (and OH how I wish he were better; I do love his style) Eli Manning.

That said: COWBOYS LOST!!!! YEAAAAAAHHH!

*ahem* I can only type that. Where I'm living now, if people could see my thoughts concerning the Cowboys and their downward turn in the season, I'd probably be run out of town.

LEAVE TONY ROMO ALONE!
