Supposedly it doesn't due to server rules which literally nobody cares about but the real reason is Fallout is a kids game so if we made tits allowed here then everybody would stop posting/no new posters would ever show up.

When I was working in London staying in Earls Court I ended up bringing my youngest bro in law down to get him some work.
The place we stayed in never guaranteed we all got rooms together. Bro in law came from room he had been given key for grinning like a cat.
I asked him why he said : " There's a bird in my room " I said how do you know. He said "I just spotted a pair of high heels" I said " You better look again , I bet they're size 10s " His face went white lol.
The place we stayed was cheap and nasty, 1 up from a flop house, full of pro's, gays and transvestites at times. So he had a baptism of fire.
