Public transport does not work in shitty small towns which is what most of the USA is imo.
 
You can send someone to the moon and bomb a terrorist in Afghanistan with incredible precision. But not get public transport in small shitty towns.
 
There is a van that goes around giving people rides here. State of the art.
 
I mean to be fair the Afghan terrorist was just chilling on his CIA provided home on his old age that they know the location of precisely so they can bomb it when Prez ratings go down. Same with Bin Laden was just haging around the area of an army base.
 
Well that has like an entire season of payoff practically. I would post a different scene from Banshee to compare the two...maybe the death of one of the main characters.
 
Someone should really do a sort of mod for Fallout where the whole game has him as a character babbling some random stuff by peterson.
