Nah, this doesn't look like it's anything even remotely like Deadwood. It seems to be based on the classic westerns, especially spaghetti westerns.

So, it turns out that the game has free roam multiplayer with it's own set of missions and combat with or between other players.

That is ballsawesome.
 
As long as the singleplayer part of the game doesn't suffer from it - I'm fine with. (I don't really like multiplayer stuff :o )
 
I have to admit, this game looks compelling. I hope it's good and it's a success just because I'm tired of endless fantasy and sci-fi.

Don't know, but you better hope it won't end up being like the PC version of GTA IV.

The system requirements were pretty high when it came out and it was a shitty port from what i heard from most of the people(god, please don't let wooz read this..please please PLEASE!).

Come on Crni...PC's are for rich intelligent people. Become an Orderite, buy a PS3 and add me on the PSN! :mrgreen:
 
wait a min, buying a console ? Never ever told me someone that was a requirement for the Order! >_> also, Fuhrer Ratty would not approve the console untermenschen !

Well I have thought about consoles though. They seem to get more and more tempting thx to the politic companies like EA and Ubisoft have toward PC users (we are all criminals arent we Ubi ?)

And hell, games like Metal Gear, Dead redemtion, GTA etc. really want me to get a PS 3 ...
 
I'm definitely getting this game. Looks really promising.

And, damn, visually it looks amazing, stunning even. They really captured the old west's big beautiful environments.
 
you know whats the best thing about it `? Horse animations. Seriously. Without jokes. I am not a fan of horses ~ NOT how you think anyway, BUT the way they look and move ads a lot to the "this is a west game" feeling. If you played Oblivion ... you know how crap those horse animations can make a game when they feel and look stupid. But actualy I am only used with good animations from rockstar.
 
Well, they better get horse animations right, this is the west after all.

The voice acting I'm a bit on the fence about. I don't know why, but it just doesn't sit all that well with me. I'll get over it, though.
 
just play some Bethesda game before Redemption and voice acting will feel like heaven for you.

Anyway, something I really would like to do, a train robbery :D !
