Things we learned from Fallout 3

570. Being well armed and indestructable, children from Little Lamplight would make perfect mercernary bodyguards.

...Provided if they weren't such cowards. You'd think being bullet proof and toting laser rifles, they'd do more then run away after being power fisted.

571. Coal black African girls can have slightly tan fathers with distinctively non African noses.

572. 3 seems to think that the culture of pre war society is carbon copy of the 50's, correct? And as we all know, the people in the 50's were VERY tolerant of other races. That's why african and asian americans were allowed to reserve space in vaults.

Where that came from? I don't recall much references to prewar culture in FO3, how do you know they assume it's exactly the 50's culture?

Anyway, if you're right, it conflicts with the whole Vault 15 population too

Maybe they are kept on a inaccessible floor, and Bethesda was too lazy to put them in?

Or maybe they turn them by injection, I'm sure it's said in one of Grey's holodisks that it was a way. I don't remember why he preferred dipping, though, maybe it wasn't as effective. Anyway, it's a different strain (according to FO3 plot, the effect increases over time, making the older, bigger and such, so injection could be a good way with that).

575. Drinking blood heals you

EDIT: I don't know why there's two of these

But that's just an optional perk, it's not really part of the vanilla game (still no idea how it can though, it's a game)

The posters there are in the style of 50's adverts, the clothing is identical people would wear in the 50's and the houses look like they're from a 50's suburb, for no other reason than the previous games had a 50's art style. And don't take the comment about the races seriously. It was a joke.

Actually it was administered in gaseous form in the vault.

This thread is to make fun of anything stupid about Fallout 3. Blood healing you is still stupid whether it was optional or not.

579. Despite the experiment being to test FEV on the Vault Dwellers, and despite Vault-Tec probably knowing about West Tek about if they were able to get the FEV, Vault-Tec still saw fit to give Vault 87 a GECK.

5-something-something : It is a biological fact that you can make yourself detonate in a fiery nuclear explosion, and not die (seriously Broken Steel, wtf?)

582. Your entire life might just be a simulation ran by a guy who has a horrendously fake German accent.
