Things we learned from Fallout 4

74.You can be the best guy in the entire world (10 special), except charisma and you won't convince anyone even with your knowledge or apperance or strength.

75. People have the worst passwords ever
76. Safes that haven't been looted in the 200 something years they've been sitting there
77.Pipe pistols in prewar safes
78.The institute can create synths without gathering materials from the outside world and squirt muscle tissue out of machines that magically shapes out on a synth body properly
79.Bethesdian Boston is one of the shittiest places to live
80.Some annoying people have immortality
81.Super mutants are sterile but they're strapping bombs to themselves and becoming suicide bombers without any though of preserving life.
82.Ghouls can run super fast even though in the older fallouts they walk and limp everywhere because their bodies are pretty much decaying
83.Ghouls have magical powers like shooting waves of radiation goo

83. Glowing Ones have all visited the Ritual Stone in Whiterun Hold in Skyrim.
Well, they did this in NV to a degree. The effect in NV was that the AOE attack had a chance of killing nearby ghouls and would restore the Glowing Ones HP, essentially they would be feeding off of other ghouls. In Fallout 4 they can revive fallen Ghouls. This is a magic effect in Skyrim called "The Ritual Stone" which resurrects all near by corpses. Bethesda has just edited it to only be used by Glowing Ones and on Ghouls.

84. Blowing up the greatest menace to the wasteland changes nothing even if The Insititue was the Nazi Party.
85. Bobble heads increase your ability to punch things.
86. Gravity doesn't exist in the Fallout Universe and the Sole Survivor found out by making stairs to heaven.
87. All Radio DJ's suck in the Fallout Universe minus Mr. New Vegas.
88. Enchanting guns is a thing only bad guys can do.
89. Once someone is kidnapped by the Institute they just disappear from existence or to The Rave Club.
90. I'm clearing the way to 100, to get 'em boys! 90 is.. This picture.

87. All Radio DJ's suck in the Fallout Universe minus Mr. New Vegas.

"The women of New Vegas often ask me if there's a Mrs. New Vegas. Well of course there is. You're her. And you're just as perfect as the day we met. This is Mr. New Vegas, wishing you lady-like luck, tonight."

91. Killing children openly is wrong. Nuking children from a distance though is apparently a-ok.

92. Atom must be the one true God in the Fallout universe since his followers can survive in the Ground Zero of a nuclear explosion despite rads spiking up to the 30s there with no protection whatsoever.

93. Apparently wearing power armor somehow lets you survive jumping from the top of a skyscraper straight to the street below with absolutely no damage to your legs.

[Intelligence] But Three Dog fought the good fight with his voice on GNR!
Meh, Three dog or should I say Nazir is not really all that good. Because he is in a Bethesda world and "What does he eat?" and he is tied into the main quest like everyone else. To each there own, but I don't particularly like him. Besides, this thread is about what Fallout 4 taught us and my argument is that Bad DJ was introduced prior to 4 and not NV.

I was kidding. He was actually really creepy what with his whole obsession with the LW.

2521: You can get meat and body parts off an animal by just getting close to it, and it doesn't affect it in any way any more than whatever caused its death. It's probably on its inventory at spawn. If you pacify it, can you steal it?

97: Returning to proper order, you can loot a dead person or animal by contact with a distant gib--why couldn't I have just been able to upgrade my pip boy to have a potentially valuable item scan button like the Scrapper perk half-highlights things (but permanently, sometimes not very well, sometimes too well)?
