the speed limit is how fast you're allowed to go on a street, i dunno im not old enough to drive yet lolWhat's a speed limit? I am a German by the way.
Move over? Do you mean to stop driving in the passing lane when not passing?
That's already illegal.
Even if it was illegal in most states, it's up to the police to enforce it (somehow) and the judges to deem it worthy of some sort of punishment. I've always been told it was illegal here (none of those states you listed) but it's never enforced or punished.Move over? Do you mean to stop driving in the passing lane when not passing?

Edit:*...But apparently not illegal in most states. (!?)
It's illegal in Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and West Virginia.
Well it's a very simple matter of personal responsibility. Marraige is meaningless if you can just ignore your marriage with no consequences. What's more your word is now worthless. It's very simple Tho. If you dont want to be in that situation then simply do not get married. Kind of like how if you dont wanna get arrested you dont sell drugs. Choice and consequences is not oppression.I don't agree with that one at all. That basically enslaves a person to their spouse and if they get into a bad relationship and the other one drags out the divorce procedure then it means you can't fuck anyone at all cause it's illegal. Cheating is bad and all but the law has no right to dictate that part of life. Give 'em an inch and they'll take the mile. They would not stop there and would start to meddle in other aspects of life, especially marriage. Then there's other issues such as rape by force, rape by being drugged, open relationships, he said she said and being on a "break" to name a few. But sure, give the government control of our love lives, nothing could go wrong with that.

Wait? You want to tell me in the US you guys can not drive as fast as you want? Like I said I am from Germany. We do not know what maximum speeds are. There are highways here in Germany were you can drive with 300mp/h. If your car was capable of doing so.Speed limits are [usually posted] maximum speeds deemed safe for various locations, and road conditions.
Yes by shitty people. Just don't marry shitty people. Pretty simple. People "commit" too quickly and with obviously horrible people with shit morals and then wanna act surprised when their retarded monkey brain has fucked them over.On the pragmatic side what a wonderful can of worms that would be to open for all the shitty marriages with shitty, paranoid people trying to create false narratives of cheating, no longer a personal issue but a legal one with jail-time. The amount of abuse and manipulation that would occur with a legal sword of damocles like that in place would far outweigh the benefit of "Cheating is shitty, don't do that". It'd just be horribly weaponized.
