Top Ten Things That Should Be Illegal but Somehow Aren't

Yes by shitty people. Just don't marry shitty people.
Graves, some people marry serials killers and have no idea that they have done it. You can't know that someone is a shitty person until they show themselves to be a shitty person, which can take an awfully long time.

Just don't marry shitty people. Pretty simple.

Everyone can be scammed. If someone says it's impossible to scam him than he just hasn't meet the right scammer yet.

It's not even a matter of scam. People can change with time, and not always for the better. Some people sour over the course of a marriage without being some secret asshole the entire time.

Without the intention to insult you and I could be wrong of course but to me it doesn't sound like you actually have the knowledge how abusive relationships actually work and what the underlying causes are.

It's as helpfull like if you say, you have a drug problem? Just quit?
You're suffering from depression? Just feel better man!
And so on.

I'm not entirely sure you're replying to the right person here.

I've grown up my whole life in and around abusive relationships. Can confirm that theres never a good person who abuses someone they're supposed to love. Which would make them a shitty person now wouldnt it?

If you experienced it, then why say "Just don't marry shitty people. Pretty simple."? Sounds a bit illogical in my opinion. Because like I said. That's way to generic to be helpfull.

The point is not that bad people do bad things and that you should try to stay away from them. That's well and understood. But you do know there is a codependency as a behavioral condition right?

If solving certain issues would be as simple like following a simple and generic advice then all those problems would have been already fixed like yesterday.

Well I cant pick and choose who my mom and her boyfriends are now can i?

It should be illegal to take naked pictures with your niece while holding a glass pipe used to do drugs that make you have sex longer with more sensitivity.

Some people marry serial killers, precisely because they're serial killers... and then get promptly killed.

Hybristophilia is recognized as a potentially lethal disorder. The book Dream Lovers: Women Who Marry Men Behind Bars details the sad case of two Australian women named Avril and Rose who abandoned their long-term marriages because they were “boring” and fell in love with two convicts—a thief and a man who’d killed his previous wife. A week after being released, Avril’s lover (the thief) beat her to death with a hammer. And Rose’s boyfriend—about whom she boldly proclaimed “I have no fear”—was sent back to the pokey after trying to cut off her ear and yank out her teeth with pliers.
