Yeah, the media is pretty fucked up.
It's a shame that after the defeat of fascism, right wing movements are growing. Hopefully they'll remain right wing, and not go out too far but you never know...
It's hard to imagine a liberal wanting more democracy, taking out big businesses and equality become an insane dictator, then a right winger wanting homogenous societies, closed immigration and white supremacy.
It's a strange fucked up World we live in.
That's why we must go the Yes Man route and be like "Fucking Anarchy Mate"
On a more serious note, I suspect if we actually talk to most people (and people, not politcal powers) we'll learn that most have a resonable view on the World, their minds have been clouded by stories of terrosim and hatred that they learnt to live in fear.
I'm surprised when my Nan (who reads possibly the most right-wing paper in the Country) thinks the Internet is getting worse because papers like dig it through the mud.
However, moving onto something more on topic, the issue with Capitalism, it's not a stable method for the economy.
Capitalism usually revolves around ramant commercialism, and that's only substanable as long people buy shit.
There are issues with Socialism as well, such as the idea that people would take advantage of it.
But sadly, there's no trust in the People from big Governments, poeple are actually a lot more willing than Political Parties think.
And now we have this weird case where Trump is gaining more and more support, which to me, is showing that we can't keep going on as we have done for the past 50 years or so.
I look at Brexit in the same way, it's showing Governments just how unhappy we are with the Status Quo.
With the Police Brutality, Poverty Increasing, Banks getting away with fucking the Country over, people having to pay for health insurance, privatisation of emergency services (see point before) and many more things I can't think of at the moment, Politics has become detached from the People.
But sadly, the News won't cover any of this, it's not in its best interest.
I don't know how much influence Rupert Murdock has over in the US (I know he owns Fox News... which is satire without the irony) but he has (or at least did have, I'm not sure if he has has power with Theresa May) power over here for years, deluding printed news most notably with his own Politics.
If you read about the Phone Hacking Scandal, then it should come to no suprise that he was involved and yet got away with it.
Hopefully we will see a change before the current system kills us all.
