I am fascinated with the hundreds of millions of years of life on earth before humanity. Like the cambrian period. Brimming with life, but no philosophy. No introverted analysis. Nothing. Just eating and farting.

Am I the only one here who actually quite liked The Force Awakens?

@SarcasticGoodGuy I get what you mean by samey, with lots of plot points being very similar to New Hope, but at the same time I think it has a lot of potential to turn in to its own storyline.

Thing is I don't judge films on their "potential" I judge on merit. I'll give credit where it's due, I liked the acting and quite a few of the shots were nice.

It could be worse. Imagine if it was friday and you fought against Isis. Or imagine you fought for Isis.
Doing nothing with your life, means you're also not doing something bad with it. Imagine if Erdogan decided to just sit at home watching Lazy town all the time!

Imagine if you were Isis and you had to endlessly pick the pueces of the corpse of your lover that is also your brother.

If anyone's playing the POE: WM DLC, take Pallegina with you. She gets lots of new companion banter, especially with Maneha(New Companion)
If you look at the "New Posts" banner, it looks kinda like I'm the sole human survivor after a robot apocalypse.
The 90's was not the Golden Age of gaming.

    It was the 2010s.
We've had Watch Dogs; Skyrim; Telltale's Minecraft Story Mode; Angry Birds 2.

I'd say late 90s to mid 2000s was my golden age.

It's the closest thing we've had to a golden age of gaming. It's when we got Planescape Torment, Doom, Fallout, Fallout 2, Little Big Adventure, Baldur's Gate, and pretty much every other great game.

Played it for a while. It's brilliant. Gives you lots of freedom to customise your empire, lots of the "quest" chains are fun. The only con is that there aren't as many decisions as previous Paradox games(Crusader Kings/Europa Universalis), but being relatively new, that's probably only temporary.
