The part of this that made me hate this guy, is how he always uses his money as a defense of himself.
He doesn't defend his work by him being the author, nor by actually giving reasons why, he uses how much fucking money he made, like it's his only priority to get money.
IMHO, that's the main problem with the gaming industry nowadays. A well-regarded writer doesn't care about valid criticisms, or even about the quality of there work, he's obsessed with how much money he makes.
It reminds me of how companies like Bioware started off with 3 guys giving up there jobs, and investing there life savings in to a company because they genuinely wanted to work with video games, or how Fallout 1 was originally intended as a tribute to a game that the developers genuinely cared about and lost. When game writers genuinely wanted to make good games and show there work to the world, but nowadays we have shit like this, where the most popular games are being written by people out to make a quick buck.
