Fallout 3: official teaser trailer announced

Artwork is great, but the music, even tho it's kicking ass, dosen't feel overly Fallout'ish. Conan? I'd say more like Terminator.. hm.

I'd prefer if they stuck with the dark ambient music which built the atmosphere in such a good way in both F1 and F2. This is just a little too... alive. It invokes the wrong kind of feelings. Fallout music always made me either sad or scared. This track made me feel like picking up some weapon and going on a killing spree :)

But if the artwork is anything to go by, i'd say at least visually (which i never doubted anyway) it will be great.
 
music and atmosphere is completely diffrent than fallout 1 and 2

its more like tactics than previous two fallouts

i can see now that this game will be very very very very different than fallout 1 and 2
 
The title track ain't bad at all, but as a lot of others have said: it ain't too Falloutish. It spells D&D to me.

The concept art is good, I like it.

Good to see some progress.
 
Picture looks like Oblivion artwork with a gas station on the left.

Music doesn't fit for me either. Hopefully it's just for the credits.

Fingers crossed and counting down the days I guess.

Totally agreed. there's a little hope as far as they claimed this is a *title* track and they don't like to listen to fans, but at first Pete and some other big beth guys invloved into FO development were reading the thread. Maybe if they see negative comments towards that track, they will change it. but still there's very little hope for that =(

i would only put up with it if that track appeared in title screen/main menu with picture of the same mood (like tanker video).

Agreed. I think Bethesda is going to make Fallout 3 a war game where you get to play hero, rather than a sequel to Fallout 1 and 2.

Ehe, tried it.

No go, it's streaming via flashplayer. Check the page's code.
 
You can always record it via The standard Windows 'sound recorder', then convert it from a WAV into an mp3.
