Welp you're free to do it, I won't stop you. Might try to make a counter argument or two, but nothing I say will ever really change minds. All I do is offer perspective. I personally like all the games in the series thus far (BoS being the exception). Though on a certain level I feel your pain, I too am watching a game series I cherish go in a direction that I don't like, but I just will speak with my wallet and refuse to purchase their games. Damn you From Software
That deserves an entire different off-topic thread, in that last part of yours, because There's only one game series I know from them and so far, it's going in the right direction, but I digress.
Far Harbor's Trailer looks pretty boring so far. Shows a swampy region, my guess is the major settlement (possible spoiler: There's only going to be one, like Diamond city), and it's going to be hugging beside the bay because it's a fishing dock settlement. The Anglerfish thing is moronic at best, they could've easily done better, creative creatures in the game, such as fat, monstrous toads, trapdoor spiders, mutated Crocs/alligators that make Deathclaws look pathetic, Gehennas in radioactive hotspots to make the encounter feel terrifying/creepy as fuck.
Haven't seen any unique weapon besides the SS's attempt at killing the giant, mantis-shrimp thingy, it just seems like a semi-auto rifle, with a reused animation most likely in reloading, which makes the weapon another notch in the boredom if this is true. Overall, I'm not excited for it, nor salty or pissed at it. It's just a 'blip' on my radar before it too, fades away into the very depths of the abyss.
