Fallout 4 gameplay videos leaked, Bethesda starts taking them down

That shitty dog will lead to so many (more or less) funny memes ... you kinda can't avoid the stupidy that will come with it. Falling down the roof of that sky-scraper-tower-thing? Hah, I just thought about that :razz:

And of course it didn't kill it ...
 
I can't get over how half ass the whole thing is. The past few videos are prime examples of why Bethesda always shows short guided tours of their games - they are so broken and janky that it's embarrassing. You have AI companions running off cliffs along with the enemies, what looks like little more than a standard FPS with bad animations, awful dialog that looks like it belongs in some throwaway third person shooter game, so many other things to mention...just from those videos. That is some average looking shit so far. :?
 
So now you have an additional 2 arm and 2 leg armour slots with the same inventory system. The system that wasn't that great with just body and head armour.

Did they downgrade all the Navmeshing systems in this game? I don't remember enemies and companions walking off fucking ledges in New Vegas....

I like the little grenade indicator at 3:14 on the "Cute Puppies.." video. That's very helpful--grenades can be tricky.

This would be actually a prefererable situation in my opinion. I know the Super Mutants have not always been the brightest creatures in Fallout 1 and 2, but for the most part they had a relatively normal inteligence compared to everyone else. There was no reason to assume that EVERY Supermutant would end up with the intellect of a log.

I don't mind so much that they are generic orgres for the player to shoot, most of the time. But it would be nice to have a town or community of Supermutants. Make them racist, xenophobic, and dissliking humans etc. But not just generic canon fodder.

Dare I say it? A ... game with depth!

Depth? Like designing raider factions instead of just calling them all raiders? That would make it too hard to copy paste the spawns all over the fucking map.
 
I bet some Fallout 4 fanatics will call us pedantic and that we nitpick every single issue in the game :roll:, yeah, because the last thing we want is a quality game from Bethesda.
 
I guess we now know the real reason for them turning all companions immortal, it was easier to set a flag on the NPC than to fix the obvious HORRENDOUS Navmeshing, that seems to be even worse than the previous games.... I mean seriously, did you guys ever had an enemy or companion Walking off Ledges on their own in New Vegas or even Skyrim? I remember my companions taking the long route and circling the mountain whenever I started cutting distance by jumping down cliffs...
