Yeah, unfortunately they probably decided against adding it to avoid confusion with the quest. EDIT: For those of you who are unaware, there is a quest called Render Unto Caesar, which is also a perfect name for such a challenge.

This seems more like the easier route: 10 Strength, 10 Endurance (there is an auto-heal skill lol), and 4 Luck (it only takes 3 luck to get to Bloody Mess).

So once again Luck is worthless. I wonder way Beth bothers to have the SPECIAL since they really don't give a damn about the RPG elements that made Fallout great in the first place.

No, no. You see, it took them 4 years to think up an idea, and one year to make! But because they didn't lie, Bethesda is the best and doesn't suck at all.
