Ghouls don't equal necrophilia, guys. I know it's a joke, but the rest of the stuff kinda fits. This doesn't.

It isn't necrophilia but you are fucking something that looks like a rotting corpse. I mean for gods sake in the former Fallouts their organs could be hanging out their bodies.

That may be so, but in psychology the "best" thing necrophiliacs like is the fact that their victims cannot respond or defend themselves. They have a need for sexual intercourse, for a relation with a partner, but are afraid of being hurt by those, so they seek the route where their partners cannot show any resistance and inflict any injury upon them, emotional or otherwise. It's a pathological impulse, of course, but the fact that they use corpses is more means to an end here rather than an actual end.
However, there are cases where people are "simply" attracted to corpses, but those are actually rare among necrophiliacs themselves.

Ghouls may look rotten and dead - but they are not. They are alive and can react. So in that sense, a necrophiliac would definitely pick a dead body (human, ghoul or whatever) over a live ghoul.

Looking through a list of sexual attractions on wikipedia isn't the best way to inspire hope in humanity; here's a thing that might fit attraction to ghouls anyway:

φιλία philía is old greek for affection. Maybe if you used the old greek word for mangled corpse or gore you could create something new here.
