Interested mainly because of walter goggins. But he is plying a ghoul I think.

Did they say who the main character is? Will it be a strong independent ethnic lesbian woman?
 
I hope it is so people will bitch about how the game made by a gay commie from California has been "wokenized" because of the color of the skin of the main character.

Also you do get Fallout only uses Americana heavily on the Bethesda games only and that when it is used in the Black Isle and Obsidian games is to precisely contrast it with the reality it tried to cover up right? Did you think Fallout was about how cool the 50s were?

Let's just stop at me pointing out how retarded an idea it was to imply that having a gay commie involved in making a game makes not wanting a certain kind of 'in' protagonist in a series based on that game nonsensical.

BTW, I hope you don't think that the show will draw its inspiration from anything but the Bethesda games.

Where you under the impression that Fallout was about how conservatism was great all this time? Or that it was somehow about how having a non white woman as a protagonist being a bad thing? I seriously don't get a lot of modern nerd whinning, they are basically demanding to be thought of as sad losers now, I thought that was the thing nerds wanted to avoid before?
 
I’m going to go out on a limb and say this show is going to be terrible and that has nothing to do with Bethesda or Fallout or what sexual orientation the protagonist is.
 
I am going to go out on a limb and say all the people that don't wanna watch this show will still follow every single scrap of news and video released.

Seriously though, original Fallout has very little 50s Americana outside of the intro cinematic. The actual game world is a mishmash of time periods and influences, with far more Mad Max than anything else.
