In Cameron's Avatar the mineral was a mac guffin with non explained properties. In my story the mineral is more just a part of tne setting, just like oil is to ours, not the focus of the story butimportant none the less.

Will your Avatar have blue skinned natives that clearly parallel Native Americans and their persecutions at the hands of the white man?

And my adventures overseas are over for now, back to Colombia....
you're so lucky.
it has just started snowing like mofo and the snow is all over the place

i hate snow

You're from Poland, right? You think you got snow? Here's a pic from a jog/slog through snow that I went on a couple of days ago. Since then it's snowed more I think. Sorry for the crappy quality, my cell phone is ancient.

As for food, I've kind of gotten back to cooking, I made some pulled pork for x-mas and it turned out fine. Been looking for new good stuff to make.

Wasn't the focus of the story in Avatar, either. Thus why I drew the comparison. It was just the catalytic plot device to explain why people are there. Saying it was a McGuffin would be like saying the overpopulation was a McGuffin to Dead Space, when really it was just premise backstory. But unobtanium wins in the "shittiest name ever" category, for sure. So hopefully you learned that lesson and your ore doesn't have some lame name, like arcanium.

I really loved the 3rd season, and all but the last episode of the 1st season, but not the second or fourth that much. The Animation and fights are still awesome though.

The last season was amazing. They pushed the line of TVY-7 programming a lot with the storylines and themes. Still a few flaws here and there, but Korra is better than the first series in general.

The last season was shit. The woman has delusions of unifying the country because she didn't like her family? Plus I hated the terrible, terrible Bumi "jokes", I thought Prince Wu was lame, Korra being all "down and out" was pulled out of the writers' asses just to create some new problem for her to deal with, but it felt unnatural to me. And there was simply not a good resolution to things. Wacky rich guy and his girlservant get married and then Korra and Asami go into the spirit world for no reason, the end. Oh and the giant robot was hokey and stupid.

What? Becuse she didn't like her family? what series did you watch?
She set out to unify the shattered earth kingdom because the woman who had the power to do so avoided the responsibility and let all the people to suffer, she didn't do it because she didn't like her family.... I don't even get how you can even interpret that like that at all. Her singleminded pursuit and extremist tendecies were more because she had suffered the life of a forgoten orphan and believed the only way to prevent people from suffering was leading them with an iron fist.
Also Bumi rarely appeared in the last season, and Korra's illness came from that MERCURY POISONING that Zaheer inflicted on her at the end of last season, so no idea how it was forced or pulled out of their ass, she was in a wheelchair at the end of the third season and she was on the brink of death before that, not to mention the emotional stress. I mean, you can dislike it if you want, but at least make sense on it.

because she had suffered the life of a forgoten orphan and believed the only way to prevent people from suffering was leading them with an iron fist.

A forgotten orphan? She was a rich member of family that made the single most technologically advanced city in the world. She sure has reasons to care about the country. And even then, it's not about why she would want to rule. It's why she would want to be such hitler while doing it.

But anyway I didn't pay that much attention. I said season 4 is shit but I don't really feel that way. It's merely my opinion that it was mediocre.

1. No, she was taken in by Suyin as an orphan, she wasn't born there, nor was she part of the high class, she was a guard actually. Also said city is also a boiling pot of rebellious ideas, Suyin expressed her hatred of the monarchy that ruled their country. There is also the fact that the Republic of Nations just hired her to be the temporary leader while they prepared a puppet ruler to have the earth kingdom under their thumb, thus explainning why she would also distrust them, flashbacks actually show her being less abrasive at first, merely dissapointed in Suyin for hogging the technology and power of the Metal clan instead of uding it to help people, she starts her more agressive moves after the clown coronation of Wu . I know you said you didn't pay attention but, dude, if you are gonna call something shit you better have a better argument.

Well enough of the "fagottry", back to talk about completely BRO and manly things, like dudes in tights/leather outfits mandhandling other dudes in tights/Leather outfits.

Also I still need that reference book, I don't even know what to look for, if I emulate modern scientific books I would need to talk a lot of fake science out of my ass....

I told you, I don't think it's shit. I don't really care about the story in the first place. It was actually less about me finding it bad than my personal preferences making me drop interest in the whole story. Besides, I stopped really caring about Korra the moment a tree that randomly turned out to be the tree of time when it suited the story, deus ex machina'd her avatar state back, and gave her dbz powers.

Favorite food? Mothafuckin wraps.

Tomato, Letuce, Corn, Spicy Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Chicken bits in shawarma spices. .

That's the stuff.

Also I love rice with some salt and with some baked sunflower seeds dipped in soy sauce.

Mothafuckin' steak, can't lie.
Nothing beats a nice, rare steak with some rosemary potatoes.
