Gun Control

I’m guessing you’re talking about the Santa Clarita shooting. It’s unfortunate that high school students get the the point where they feel like the only solution is to hurt others. Kids are cruel; it’s unfortunate that bullying so often leads to a mental “snap”.

Quick update, cheapest firearm I could find is $130. That's a pretty hefty price to drop for a tiny little 22LR. Anything substantial, even for pistols, is above $200

Universal basic income is necessary so the NEET incels can afford prostitutes and don't need to shoot up a mall or whatever.

In some states buying a gun is almost as easy like going to the grocery store. For example Arizona is right next to California.

In Arizona, there are few restrictions on gun ownership and sales. You don’t need a permit to purchase a handgun or rifle. The state doesn’t require ownership registration. And you can carry a handgun, either concealed or openly, without a permit. Those and other factors earned it the top spot on Guns & Ammo’s list of gun-friendly states. It ranked 47 out of 50 (with 50 being the weakest gun laws) on the Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence’s state scorecard.

The only thing that really shocks me is the concealed carry part. I think in my state, you just need to not be a felon but you do need to be permitted for concealed. So not too different here. There's the option to register it when you buy it but it's not legally required.

At the very first glance, I didn't notice that those [brown cylinders] were meant to be eyebrows.
The Bear is shitting.

As easy as going to the grocery store, and spending an exorbitant sum for even a handgun. The fuck are you even on about?

There’s a documentary that aired on VICE awhile back about the black market, specifically for arms. That shit’s wholesale; if you know the right person, you can get whatever you want for a cheaper price than you’d be able to above board.

So unless you wanna go after the black market, which, let’s be serious, is as ludicrous as trying to eliminate drug use, then controlling legal firearms is going to stop a MINIMUM of casualties, AT BEST, considering that most non-suicide gun violence is gang related.

No prizes for guessing where they get their weapons from.

"We have no perfect solution so let us not do anything at all!".

We should get rid of all laws together. I mean you clearly can not stop people from murdering, selling drugs, bribery, stealing ... Why stop at guns?

This is the logic you apply right now. And then you complain about California. Yes. Because this is a national issue. And some extremists are not even agreeing to the smallest form of regulation here.
