So your solution to the problem is that nobody anywhere should be able to own a gun? And because of another country's problem they should have anti-gun laws forced upon them by the EU even if it's not what they want? France has some of the strictest gun laws in the world and yet it's still having these shootings. Are you really arguing on the side that closing the border and deportation isn't a reasonable solution but going around and grabbing the few countries who let their citizens defend themselves' guns during a hot period of terrorism is?

But France certainly seems like a Civil Warzone. And the rest of Europe isn't seeming all that better with all these attacks. Why shouldn't people be allowed to protect themselves on the chance that theres a terrorist attack? I mean after a string of these attacks wouldn't you say it's not totally unreasonable for people to want to have some form of protection that's more useful than a slightly rusted butter knife in some countries?

Just this morning German media reported “panic” after a 22-year-old pulled a knife on a train on the route between Hamburg and Bremen, and less than a week ago an axe-wielding “refugee” injured four on a train in Wurzburg.

The youth immigrant, who shouted “Allahu Akhbar” as he attacked passengers was shot by German police, as reported by Breitbart London on Monday.
 
We should deport the immigrants from Europe, but that's only going to solve terrorist attacks IN Europe. Outside, it allows ISIS a fertile recruitment ground of disillusioned migrants who've been pushed away by the government that they see as their only hope.

Well yes I know you've put a lot of money into guns and they are your hobby. Nothing wrong with that, you seem like a very smart individual. I trust you to handle and keep your weapons responsibly. I have a relative who is a life long shooting sport enthousiast. I can't fully condemn that stuff. The times I've shot, I liked it. It's fun. I wasn't even too bad at it, can you believe it. Still, I think the less guns there = the better.

What does that accomplish? Criminals are gonna get guns if they want to get guns. Like I said, mass shootings are happening in places like France with strict as hell gun laws. In America shootings are happening in "gun free zones". Gun laws don't help anyone except criminals because they don't have people to fire back at them.
 
And just to put some oil into the fire, soem 27 year old syrian blew himself up in front of a music festival yesterday, injured 12 people. Couldn't get into the festival area, otherwise it would have been worse. Bavaria is kinda not cool right now o_O
And no, the motive is not yet known. The guy was apparently suicidal and tried to kill himself several times before.

Yup. According to our security inspectors, someone has bought this prop gun here in Slovakia back in 2014, it was moved to Germany then, and converted to working gun again. (I was thinking whether the attacker has really committed suicide, or just hit himself accidentally after his gun got jammed/went off. You know, crazy kid getting his hands on first real gun in his life..)
