Unabomber looking more and more correct every year that passes. I'm not a luddite, but computers seem to be more harm than good now. At least for most. Speaking from past experience myself.

Not gonna lie, that post was pretty well written though. Maybe take up writing short stories if you don't already? Easily one of the best hobbies I've picked up.

Computers per se are fine. 2007 was the dark year. Twitter and iPhones were the beginning of the end. Things got too easy. Bring back computers booting into CLI and phones that don't go online and the world will be a much happier place.

What's amazing to me is that the Zoomer generation exists on a basically completely technological plane of reality having been raised on it, but I actually think the technical aptitude of zoomers is probably not too far off of Boomers due to the proliferation of retard-proof interface and programs.

Yeah. You'll now find people who think you actually program on a tablet. Having been raised on extremely high level programs and interfaces, there's a decrease in "connection" to the machines they use. The main difference between Zoomers and Boomers is that the Zoomers know what the colourful buttons do, but neither really understands what's going on behind it. Although that's not entirely fair, the latest Boomers that grew up on IBM PCs and Commodore 64s and such have the deepest and best understanding of technology, while the Millenials that grew up during the 90s are a close second. The generation that is now between ~35 and 50 is probably the best when it comes to understanding the fundamental technology and keeping up with the current state of the art.

Millennials had exposure to the most universal education system in the 90's when the internet was just taking hold. During the beginning the internet was composed mostly of societies most useful information since everyone was doing their best to preserve it. Now it is composed mostly of the least useful information, by way of social media, gaming, and direct interference.


*Edit* Or even better still, there is just so much data now that it is impossible to categorize it in any effective way without an overarching administrator to it.

For all the hype, Chinas military is mostly copied from the U.S. and Russian arsenals. Guess the CPC didn't take Mass Effects lessons on the Reapers to heart.

Tactically, the primary component of their armed forces is made up of mostly cold war hardware, maybe with upgraded electronics like fire control. They have a smaller number of 3rd to 4th generation hardware.

IMO, China has enough forces to put up a decent fight using up their old hardware, then deploying their newest weapons. However, the PLA and their branches haven't had sufficient time to stock up and will lose any protracted conflict not on the mainland. This combined with their relative inexperience in combat and logistical matters is going to hurt them.

The beat weapon Russia and China have is to work on demoralizing the American public. Also support successive leftist presidents that have a history of sticking their heads in the sand and generally appeasing rivals.

This is because the above qualities often lead to success.

Success means less dependency on the government, which the nanny statists don't like. Success also means one makes more money, and all the egalitarians/communists don't like it. Success means more people move up in the world, reducing the amount of people who can be recruited to the former two ideologies (funny how folks like Ice Cube and T, arguably the founders of ghetto rap and fuck the police, now live in luxury and PLAY roles as police officers).

In summary, these assholes do not want people to succeed. They do not want people to better themselves. They want you calm and docile, sheep eagerly awaiting the government dole.

I recall a conversation that one of my brothers had with a black customer who moved from Chicago to rural Idaho. My brother asked him why he moved out of the city and he told my brother flat out that it is because the cities are nothing but socialist hellholes. He told him that if he still lived in the city, his children would be taught that he are eternal victims due to their race, stilled with a sense of entitlement and taught to never try to succeed in life. He said that out in a rural state and town he can teach his kids the value of hard work and teach them that they can succeed at anything if they work hard and put their mind to it. He did not want his children to become dependents on the government.
 
This is why I miss Chris Rocks stand up routine of a civil war with black people.



Of course the PC police silenced him and his latest special on Netflix is inly about trashing whites.

Also, is it just me, or does it seem like "radical" equals good for a lot of people?

Instead of publicatios and media figures always focusing on this kind of thing why not turn the focus onto how shit most of our food in the US is, hmm? Kinda seems like this is the kinda thing that rises above the rest, I could be wrong though. I mean if we're ever going to have socialized/nationalized healthcare we're gonna want a healthier population.
