Med-X(aka the former Morphine) works like Psycho now...+25% dam res.
Yup, and Psycho itself increases the damage you deal by 25%. No idea why they changed it. Wouldn't it be more logical to introduce a new drug that increases the damage you deal instead of changing the purpose of Psycho to that and then introducing a new drug that does what Psycho used to?

Yeah really. Now psycho is like the stimpaks from starcraft. Psycho was a battle drug that made the user all pumped up, feel no pain, and eager to kicks some ass....just allot dumber while they did it.

for Morph-X, I liked my Idea of it stoping penalties for Crippled limbs for a time at the cost of high addiction. Since from the looks of it, Crippled limbs will happen alot in this. (Never happened to me in FO1/2 only in tactics) So it would have made more since.

Why not just have Psycho Alpha and Psycho Gamma?

Well it doesn't make sense in the first place that "ignoring pain" is also equal to "taking less damage". The drug should have given you more life while it's in effect, and then after it wears off.. Kinda like how super stimpacks worked. Except those were crap.

I hate to say it, but some of those vids give me memories of Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. They got that vibe.

I mean, they're not as bad, but just like PoS kept making stupid sex jokes and f'd up the setting in that way, 3 looks to be doing the same thing, but with violence instead.

Clip #3 in particular, obviously.

EDIT: <3 protectron, tho' his animations look less good than I remembered them. Still, <3, and now you all got to see the scripted scene from the first demo where you use the Protectron to pass by some supermutants.

"HAW HAW HAW silly robot!"

EDIT2: and OMFG Lincoln is missing his head THAT'S SO ORIGINAL HOW DO THEY COME UP WITH THIS STUFF

Ahh one thing I was wrong about, the audio you hear while in the Protection Pod is random. I haven't heard the mutant trying to remember if he knew a woman or if he was that woman or ARGHRGHRH IT HURTS

HAW HAW HAW silly robot!

Ooohh... look closely at the Jefferson Memorial video. I don't think those two figures are human. The concept art for the interior of the memorial showed humans manning the machines inside. Non hostile supermutants? A change in plans for that location? My eyes playing tricks on me?

Nah, the Jeff Memorial is clearly supermutant held, right from the start (see the Mullins concept art). Maybe they employ humans? It's a bit of a leap to immediately assume they're non-hostile just because there's a bunch of humans in the concept art.

If anything, all the concept art plus this video points to Jeff being the Vats 2.0. Hurray

That was the general speculation when the Mullins artwork was released, probably because of its proximity to the Tidal Basin. But it could conceivably be something else. Reworded the article a bit.

And the Waters of Life quest shows the Vault Boy drinking from a tap, while the Memorial is full of pipes.

Another mutant behemoth in the capitol.... too many in the game.

so... the fatman.... is a common weapon then?... ¬¬

Minor note, the WILD selection on the Fatman spinner seems to randomly choose a video to play. It also includes at least one video normally unavailable, that of a Fatman shot vs a group of human raiders.

Also nothing in the videos actually speak to the rarity of the Fatman or the Behemoths.

Oh yeah. And it does look like one, especially in the newer artwork.

Eh. We'll see.

Maybe it was one until the mutants invaded it and converted it to the new FEV vats (or just invaded it)?
