This has to be a joke, right? RIGHT?

Nope, it's real, and it's the most brilliant thing since the Star Wars kid. I'm so getting it for the lab Xbox.

Nah, it's for Kinect Star Wars. Half the internet is laughing its ass off at this and the rest is having a rage seizure. I am in the former camp.

I'm not even sure what I should type. This is beyond being hilarious or rage-inducing. It just inspires me overwhelming apathy mixed with small amounts of shocked incredulity. I didn't hate the prequels as much as some (having seen 1 as a kid and 2 as a teen helps I guess) but Star Wars is beyond saving when they do that stuff and seemingly play it straight.

If it was Clone Wars stuff I would hate the boring generic crap with all my nerd rage but I just can't stay angry at stormtroopers doing a YMCA spoof.

The rest of Kinect Star Wars just looks plain crap though.

Thing is that it actually shows what is wrong with Star Wars. Rage? No. I never was a "die hard SW" fan. Its just ... sad that it is all.

Well it's quite disturbing because it's like they are playing with our memory. Got a bit the same feeling when i see a recent photo of Harrison Ford. The souvenir of Han Solo is immortal unlike him.
Would have not bother me at all if it was made with the characters of the new trilogy though.

Just wait until the next Blu-Ray release when Lucas actually cuts these into the films.

I can only believe that the designers/writers of that section just wanted to troll the shit out of Star Wars fans.

If so, its a work of genius.

I don't get why people are acting so outraged, like this type of cheap, goofy cash-ins are an unprecedented attack upon the precious Star Wars legacy, rather than something that's been par for the course literally since the beginning of the franchise. Or has everyone forgotten the Holiday Special and the movies about Ewoks?

No crni, there have been Star Wars lunch boxes, socks, t-shirts, caps, candys, condoms etc. etc. This shouldn't be a surprise.

Yea, there have been way worse tie in games based on the Star Wars license. The Jar Jar "education" kids game springs to mind.
