Which series would you bring back?

"No One Lives Forever" deserves a second sequel or remake. One of my favourite shooters and probably the funniest.

I heard they make release date earlier. is the game good?

The 21st of October - 8 days from now. I haven't got the game myself but the people over in JA forums seem rather unhappy. The budget is only a tenth of Wasteland 2's, and look at how much criticism InXile has received so far.
Well, what they have received was minimun amount of money and people expect too much from JA.

for blaming game, I'm start to think that users are more rotten obstacle than publisher.
they are truely ugly, greedy and arrogant.
they simply demand much more than they provide.
well, not all users are sucks but many bigmouthed blamers are like that.

Fantastic game. I'd love to see a good sequel... I just can't imagine getting a ~good sequel~ anymore; it seems rare as a frog with hair.

N.O.L.F.2 could actually qualify as an RPG these days. :(

I suppose the only thing that comes to mind for me is Commander Keen, cause that shit was amazing in the early 90s. Games like that defined the episodic gaming model, and if I weren't a child without his own credit card, I'd have ordered the entire series over the phone (as was the style at the time) instead of just the shareware episodes from each game. Other franchises of Apogee's (who later became 3D Realms) got more sequels, such as Duke Nukem, and we even saw more of them recently..... for better or for worse. I loved Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project (a 2D action game) which was a callback to the series' roots, so if another company formed from the remnants of 3D Realms were to make a MP2, I'd love to play it! =D

I still like how no one clicked my spoiler tag.

I saw it. Good suggestions. Now shaddup.

A sequel to Pokemon Snap for the Wii U is a no brainer. I loved that game as a teen. F-zero needs a sequel. The DLC coming for Mario Kart 8 is just a tease. A legitimate Matroid side scroller would rock. I would also like Knights of the Old Republic 3 but I don't trust Bioware to do it right. I haven't liked the Mass Effect series at all. I think my number one sequel request is Vagrant Story though. Shame it is such a neglected series.

Man an F-Zero game with current technology would be awesome, MK8 even had that stuff with running cars along the wall. They need to do a new one instead of another bad Zelda game.
Another series that needs a return is Hotel Dusk and Another Code, Cing went under but the people behind it are still working for nintendo, and they have the rights to the game, they need to make it happen. They also need to make a new Trauma Center.

Same here. I still have the DN:MP CD, but also the GoG installer, and still have it installed. A really great game.

Shining strategy games are technically still being made, but I've had to import the past three, which is irritating to no end. They have decent sales, so I see no reason why Sega can't just go international again.

I would like a good Duke Nukem sequel. Maybe a prequel showing how Duke got started. A FPS remake of the original Duke Nukem sidescroller maybe. I know everyone talks shit about Forever but I got a great deal of enjoyment out of it nevertheless simply because I like the character. I guess it is obvious I did a Lets Play series on him. Gearbox may have a good opportunity to do a great old school multiplayer FPS game with this license, if they can get rid of it's tarnished image and update Duke a bit.

I've know I've said this before but Gangsters:Organized Crime would be so cool. Prohibition-era strategy please! How is that not a thing?! I mean it is but all those games have a story path and suck ass!

On bringing back old games without updating much of the gameplay:

I am optimistic about the future of such a thing. I think something like that can totally go mainstream what with all the kickstarter's going on these days that make new games "in the spirit" of other classic licensed games.

I loved that game. There hasn't been a decent crime game like it since.

Yeah, pretty much everything under your tag was right on, at least the ones I've played and can actually vouch for. It's just that with so many games going in so very many directions, the only possible response aside from a text wall would be to give rads.

(Which I seem to have forgotten to do on my first pass...)
