Well I have seen a few but this incredible number that is becoming more active to mentioned how much they look forwards to Bethesda's Fallout 3, well; where are they?

Moderators, I hope I don't violate a rule with this one, but it is mostly the Elder Scrolls crowd who look forwards to this, basing their experience of an RPG on those mentioned games.
