On a related note, would it be possible to get something like this that worked only when you had a charisma of 10? Or is that already what has been described? I can't really tell.

Hmm, I dunno. When you try to get one of the robo-dogs at party limit (or was it dogmeat? I don't remember) you have one option that goes something like, "I'm a loner and don't want this contraption with me." So I don't think it's necessary to have the message be on Dobbs' end. Good point...

I find that smacking them for one round of combat works just fine. Each time you go around there again, they run away. And of course, always try stealing from them when you see them doing the stealing animation (or whenever you go near them, you low perception gits) before you treat them...

I would assume that he'd have a high base small guns skill, what with being military and all... However, he's not 19th century military (unless I'm mistaken, where does it say he is?), so he should probably also have a fair level in energy weapons. I suppose he would also have some level of...
