    Belief is belief though. If it wasn't a thing before, it is a thing now. Reality is, it is a thing, and has been for a while. Like I mentioned elsewhere, a Saudi "researcher" wrote a recent(ish) paper about it, with airplanes as an example. The same guy also "proved" why women cannot drive cars (their uterus would break)

    They do recieve education though, they just dismiss it as "propaganda from the enemy"

    Nope :D pure luck though. I actually set maybe 4-5 more world records immediately after, for the same reason - the tracks were simply not raced a lot by that hour. By now, I expect they are the usual unbeatable 1-minute records. Goes to show though, the record-tattoo thing remains potentially unlockable. Just go straight for races whenever GTAO updates.
