It MIGHT be because you haven't gotten into a cold war with an opposing superpower while expanding vast amounts of resources in proxy wars and nuclear weaponry and coming out from a row of damaging conflicts... nah, bunch of bullshit.

Maybe not, but I do consider things like beating the Nazi's, winning the Space Race (they won a record for having the most space related records), making the strongest Atomic bomb, becoming a super power out of a backwards nation suffering from WW1 and the Civil war, various technological and scientific achievements, various Chess achievements, shit like that.

And the fact that you pretty much told my family, who are of Hispanic descent and are serving in the military, to off themselves because we voted Trump is really unsettling to me. You know I was being sarcastic right. I was just pointing out how hypocritical it was for Toront to act holier-then-thou when he said something that was off colored to say the lest back in September. However, I don't think Toront is a bad person in the slightest. He did, however, let his anger and politics take over his better judgement. Politics can make a terrible beast out of a person.

If that was a sarcastic point, the sarcasm was invisible, and the point moot, because Toront allready acknowledged his mistake. It looks like a genuine demand for Toront to apologize.
Also, what's with "hypocricy" all the time, everyone's a fuckin hypocrite. All living humans do things and say things that don't always overlap, whoever claims they don't are liars. Another thing to point out, all the liars.
